2KDamage - Looking For Band Members

We interrupt usual broadcasting for an important announcement.

We are looking for band members to join our lineup. We feel that we've started something really special and it's time to get more people involved.

Here's the rundown:

2KDamage are based in the North West of the UK. All members will need to have their own gear, their own transport, the ability to play to a metronome live and in the studio and the drive and skill to take this project as far as it can go. We need people that can show up. If the logistics are too much of a problem then this isn't for you.

If you have killer stage presence and energy then that's a huge plus but don't be shy. We can work on that stuff together.

Overall we need good human beings with musical talent and the will to make a difference in the music world while having a blast along the way.

Preferred age range is between 25-35 but that's just a loose guide.

We are looking for:

  • A vocalist - We need someone special. A vocalist is so central to a band and we are aiming high. If you think you can compete with the likes of Noah Sebastian or Chester Bennington then we want to hear from you. We know that our person is out there. Dan (current vocalist) will help you front the band and Ben (guitar) can sing harmonies as well. We want a wall of sound that gives fans something to remember.
  • A bassist - We need someone technical who has solid timing. You can't compromise on timing and consistency when it comes to bass playing. If you have a pitch shifter to accomodate the way Ben and I switch tunings then that would be a bonus. Sometimes we get silly with tunings but we are far more concerned about finding someone with the right skill and personality.
  • A drummer - A rock/metal band is only as good as their drummer. We need someone who can accomodate playing to backing tracks and to a metronome. The drums on our songs are quite technical already but we'd be thrilled to find someone who can not only play them but take them to the next level.

If you want to be considered then please upload a video of your playing/singing to Tiktok or Insta then tag us.

Don't worry too much about the production quality. We don't expect everyone to have the kit to make it sound polished.

We look forward to hearing from you all.

Much love.

Dan and Ben (2KD)
